Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help attract top talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and job portals is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
