Job Title: ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Configuration Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Configuration Consultant tosupport a proposal and potential implementation for an enterprise client. This role will focus on the technical configuration and functional implementation of ServiceNow's Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) module to enable procurement intake andrequest management processes.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience configuring the ServiceNow SPO application and translatingprocurement business requirements into scalable platform solutions. This is not an integration-focused role; integration expertise will be handled by another team with Oracle experience. Instead, we are looking for a functional product specialist whocan configure the platform, guide best practices, and help deliver a successful procurement intake solution.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize the ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) module to support procurement intake processes.

Work with business stakeholders to understand procurement workflows and translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations.

Configure catalogs, request forms, workflows, approvals, task routing, and related SPO capabilities.

Recommend best practices for procurement intake and ServiceNow SPO implementation.

Support workshops, solution design sessions, and functional demonstrations.

Configure roles, permissions, notifications, and user experiences within the SPO module.

Perform system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support user acceptance testing.

Document configuration decisions, system functionality,



and implementation procedures.

Collaborate with Oracle integration teams while remaining focused on the ServiceNow application configuration.

Provide knowledge transfer and implementation guidance to client teams.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO).

Experience configuring procurement intake processes within ServiceNow.

Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform administration and application configuration.

Ability to translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.

Experience configuring:

Procurement request workflows

Catalog items and forms

Approval processes

Task management

Notifications

Security roles and permissions

Experience participating in full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification(s), particularly related to Procurement or SPM/SPO modules.

Experience implementing procurement solutions in enterprise environments.

Familiarity with Oracle ERP procurement processes (integration experience is not required but is beneficial).

Consulting or client-facing implementation experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a functional ServiceNow SPO expert who understands both procurement operations and the technicalconfiguration of the ServiceNow platform. This individual should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, recommending best practices, configuring the solution, and helping deliver a successful procurement intake implementation.

Significant Note: This positionis not focused on integrations. Oracle integration work will be handled by a separate team. The primary responsibility is the configuration and functional implementation of ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO).

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
