Position: ICU Intensivist / Intensive Care Doctor

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage medical emergencies and life-threatening conditions.
- Perform ICU procedures such as central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, intubation, ventilator management, and resuscitation.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Communicate patient status and treatment plans effectively with patients' families.




- Participate in ICU rounds, emergency response, and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

- MBBS with MD/DNB in Critical Care Medicine, Anaesthesia, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, or equivalent.
- IDCCM, IFCCM, or DrNB Critical Care qualification preferred.
- 2–10+ years of ICU/critical care experience.
- Solid knowledge of ventilator management, ACLS/BLS protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
