Designation: Data Entry Operator — Finance (Accounts & Audit)

Location: DAHANU ROAD

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary upto:- 3 lpa

Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years | Must Know Tally ERP 9

Key Responsibilities:

- GRN & Purchase Bill Management — Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Note (GRN) reports; match GRNs against purchase bills and share complete documentation with the Auditor/Accounts department.
- IT & Purchase Report Submission — Compile IT-related reports along with purchase bills and submit them to the Auditor department in a timely manner; ensure both Tally ERP 9 and physical records are updated simultaneously.
- Tally ERP 9 Updates — Ensure all GRN entries, purchase bills, and financial transactions are accurately recorded and updated in Tally ERP 9 without delay.
- Coordination with Auditor Department — Maintain regular communication with the Accounts and Auditor team to ensure timely submission and reconciliation of all financial documents.
- Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP 9 — GRN entries, purchase ledger, and financial data entry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for report preparation and documentation.
- High attention to detail for accurate bill matching, data entry, and audit report generation.




- Ability to coordinate effectively with the Finance and Auditor department for timely report submission.
- GRN reports and purchase bills are matched, documented, and submitted to the Auditor on time every month.
- All Tally ERP 9 entries for purchases and GRNs are up-to-date and reconcile with physical documentation at all times.
- IT and purchase reports are compiled accurately and delivered to the Auditor department within set deadlines.

Requirements:-

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance, accounts, or audit support role.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 is mandatory; proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
