- Monitor CCTV cameras throughout operational hours.
- Observe staff attendance, punctuality, and movement within the clinic.
- Ensure staff follow clinic SOPs and maintain qualified conduct.
- Monitor patient waiting areas, reception, pharmacy, and common areas.
- Report any suspicious activities, security concerns, or policy violations immediately.
- Maintain a daily CCTV observation log and incident reports.
- Retrieve and provide CCTV footage whenever requested by authorized management.
- Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of all CCTV footage and clinic information.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team and Branch Managers regarding observations.
- Ensure recordings are backed up and stored as per company policy.
- Assist during internal investigations by providing relevant footage and reports.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
