Skill Set Requirements

- Candidate with 8-10 years of sales and Marketing experience in Weighing scale, IOT products, electronic consumer durable B2C products.
- Communication skill with multiple languages.
- Deep knowledge of market segmentation, customers, and competitors.




- Experience in sales team building and leading them for achieving sales gaols.
- Good in establishing sales network across India and organizing meetings, setting sales target, monitoring the sales growth.
- Strong technical and marketing knowledge in weighing scale, electronic household products, industrial / institutional marketing and its areas of applications.
- Good in market research, forecast, planning and product consumption rates.
- Knowledge on Digital marketing, conventional marketing, Government agencies marketing.
- Must be comfortable in rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well.
- Good in presentation skills, conducting meetings, press releases.
- Knowledge on marketing strategy plan.
- Work with creative agencies, Digital Team and Product Releasing Agencies and manage promotional literature brochures, corporate films etc.
- Able to handle online marketing activities.
- Media Planning and execution of work to excel sales, manage working on social media platforms.
- Able to understand the procedure of government tenders and explore the opportunities.
- Handling brand promotion activities, Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
- Manage, handle & participate in Events and Exhibitions and expos.
- Involved in execution of multiple product launches.
- Good In problem Solving Skills, to be an independent decision maker, self-motivated good leadership.
