Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Attingal. The candidate will ensure work is completed on time, safely, and as per quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and labour work. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions. Monitor material usage and site requirements. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers. Maintain site safety and discipline. Track progress and report to management. Ensure quality control at all stages of construction. Requirements Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred). 1–4 years of experience in construction site supervision. Basic knowledge of construction drawings. Good leadership and communication skills.



Ability to handle labour teams efficiently. Preferred Skills Experience in residential or commercial projects. Knowledge of Kerala construction practices. Problem-solving and time management skills Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience) Hiring Timeframe We are looking to fill this position within 1–2 weeks.
