We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Associate Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and office-related financial activities.
The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring timely filings, and supporting smooth financial operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Handle monthly bills, invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
- Track office expenses and maintain expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements
- Ensure timely processing of payments and financial entries
- Support payroll coordination and financial audits
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage timelines and multitask effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Prior internship or experience in accounting/finance is preferred
