- Knowledge about 7 QC Tools, 8D, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP.
- Monitor and support the audits conducted ny the customer during their visit to the factory
- Monitor the customer audit observation and its action plan in the given timelineto smoothly execute the amendments
- Ensure closure of the NC in the Customer Audit by filling the NC report given by customer with relevant evidence
- Collect individual customer satisfaction feedback as per plan and customer score card
- Reduce customer end PPM by Planning and conducting process study (MSA, SPC , Pareto analysis) and on time submission of 8-D analysis report to the customer
- Working on of ISO 9001: 2015 & IATF 16949: 2016, 14001:2015, 45001:2018
- Co-ordinate with the QMS team to conduct audits and attend the customer audits
