Job Title: CHA Executive
Location: Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CHA Executive to handle customs clearance operations, ICEGATE filing, and documentation activities for import and export shipments. The candidate should have hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations and customs documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end CHA operations for import and export shipments
- ICEGATE filing for import and export shipments
- Filing of BOE (Bill of Entry) and Shipping Bills
- Manage import/export documentation and customs compliance
- Coordinate with customs officials, shipping lines, transporters, and operation teams
- Ensure timely customs clearance and shipment processing
- Verify shipment documents and maintain proper records




- Follow up on shipment status and update internal teams/customers

Required Skills

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / CHA Operations
- Robust knowledge of ICEGATE filing procedures
- Experience in BOE and Shipping Bill filing
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs regulations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle operations independently

Qualification

- Any Graduate
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or CHA industry preferred
