Who We’re Looking For

Not the “I know Canva” type. We want someone who understands aesthetics, psychology & scroll culture.

If you:

- Notice bad kerning in ads
- Save Instagram posts just for design inspo
- Know the difference between aesthetic and actually converting

You’re our person.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Designing Instagram posts, carousels, thumbnails & ad creatives
- Creating bold, scroll-stopping graphics
- Playing with typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Understanding what makes a design convert, not just look pretty
- Contributing ideas during content brainstorming sessions

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

- Use Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma / Canva Pro (at least one confidently)
- Understand Gen-Z trends, memes, and internet culture
- Can take feedback and improve fast




- Have strong typography & layout sense
- Don’t copy Pinterest blindly — you interpret & upgrade
