- Assist the Branch Incharge in managing day-to-day operations of the branch
- Ensure smooth functioning of sales and service activities
- Monitor daily walk-ins, consultations, conversions, and follow-ups
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and professionalism of staff
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and SOPs
- Track staff attendance, duty roster, and punctuality
- Coordinate with telecalling and marketing team for lead conversion
- Oversee service quality (cutting, knotting, fittings, etc.)
- Ensure proper inventory management (tape, glue, systems, etc.)
- Maintain daily reports (sales, service, revenue, expenses)
- Support in staff training and performance improvement
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and overall branch maintenance
