Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by promoting My True Match's services, generating leads, building strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into customers. This role involves a combination of indoor and outdoor sales and marketing activities, requiring regular client interactions, field visits, and collaboration with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through both online and offline channels.
- Meet prospective customers and explain My True Match's services and offerings.
- Conduct outdoor visits to partner organizations, events, and networking opportunities to build business relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral networks.




- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the customer support and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, client relationship management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in English and Kannada.
- Robust negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in matrimony, counseling, relationship services, wellness, or service-based industries is an added advantage.

Work Model

- Full-time onsite role.
- Based in North Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Pay: ₹9,853.39 - ₹15,000.00 per month
