Job Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Executive – Digital Marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and ad performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
- Manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform features, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Robust knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and campaign measurement.
- Experience optimizing campaigns for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Google Ads and/or Meta certifications are an added advantage.
