We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual concepts that communicate our brand’s messaging effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate project requirements and concepts into visually striking designs.
- Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of visual excellence.
- Manage the design process from initial sketches and concept generation to final, print-ready or digitally optimized files.
- Present concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions to perfect the final product.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer / Visualizer
- Industry Background: Candidates with prior experience working in Advertising Agencies will be given strong preference.
- Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in the following software:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Corel Draw
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication (Vis Com) OR a Diploma in Graphic Design/Multimedia from a reputed institute is highly preferred.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
