Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, audience engagement, social media trends, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create content calendars, engaging captions, and promotional posts.
- Coordinate with content, design, video, and editorial teams for timely publishing.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
- Manage community interactions and respond to comments/messages.
- Support social media campaigns for shows, events, and brand initiatives.
- Track performance, prepare reports, and optimize content using analytics.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in media, entertainment, or digital content.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing media or entertainment brand pages.
- Knowledge of Reels, Shorts, and trending video formats.
- Familiarity with paid social campaigns and basic SEO.
