- Promote and market surgical products, medical devices, and consumables to hospitals, clinics, and doctors.
- Visit healthcare professionals regularly to explain product features, benefits, and usage.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with surgeons, physicians, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to healthcare professionals.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and customer requirements, and report findings to management.
- Attend medical conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase product awareness.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer visit reports, and ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
