Job location: Delhi
The role involves accurately generating invoices, credit notes, and reconciliation of data. Resolving discrepancies, ensuring compliance, requiring strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and communication to liaise with clients and internal teams for smooth and timely billing and credit note generation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Invoicing: Prepare and review accurate & timely invoices & credit notes for air tickets and other travel products.
· Reconciliation: Reconcile customer statements, mail communications, and daily sales reports, investigating and resolving billing discrepancies promptly.
· Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and correct billing errors, addressing issues with clients.
· Reporting: Assist with monthly invoice related reporting by providing required data.
· Data Management:
Maintain accurate billing records and related documentation.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline billing and refund processes.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
· Experience: 1-2+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or reconciliation or Freshers with hands on experience in Excel
· Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage
· Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills, accuracy, and transparent communication.
