- Food Preparation: Chop, skewer, and marinate veg and non-veg items.
- Station Support: Help bake naan, roti, or paratha and manage oven heat.
- Maintenance: Clean the tandoor pit, wash utensils, and clear waste.
- Stocking: Keep charcoal, skewers, and fresh ingredients ready for service.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 2 years working in a skilled Indian kitchen preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours near high heat.
- Hygiene: Strict compliance with kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
