We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Associate to help expand our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. If you enjoy meeting new people, working in the field, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

What We're Looking For





- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
