Placement Coordination with IT Companies & EdTech Partners Interview Scheduling & Candidate Follow-upsCollege Visits, Seminars, Workshops & Career Guidance Sessions

Attendance, Leave Management & Payroll Coordination

Employee Grievance Handling

Team Management & Leadership

Coordination with Colleges, Corporate Partners & Internal Teams

Required Experience:

Experience as HR Manager / Senior HR Executive

Mandatory experience in both IT Industry and Education/EdTech Sector

Robust exposure to Placements, College Coordination & Seminars

Knowledge of Attendance Management & Employee Relations

Excellent Communication, Coordination & Leadership Skills

Ability to independently manage teams and HR functions

Preferred Qualification:

MBA / Master's Degree in HR or Related Field

Candidates from Training Institutes, Colleges, or EdTech Organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
