Job Summary

AAA Prasad Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer to oversee the execution of high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at high-rise project sites.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards.

Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.





Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and statutory regulations.

Conduct site measurements, billing verification, and progress monitoring.

Coordinate with the project management team to achieve construction milestones.

Eligibility

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction is mandatory.

Robust knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.

Knowledge of construction quality control, safety standards, and site management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
