We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive Experience /Freshers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customer calls, and the ability to generate leads and schedule appointments. Candidates with prior telecalling experience are preferred; however, knowledgeable and passionate freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales, or Business Development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and knowledge of telecalling are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Basic English communication is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
