Roles & Responsibilities – ETP Maintenance Supervisor

- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) equipment.
- Plan and carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain pumps, blowers, motors, gearboxes, valves, pipelines, and dosing systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history for compliance and audits.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and coordinate with the purchase and stores departments.
- Follow safety standards, LOTO procedures, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the ETP operations team to ensure uninterrupted plant performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
