About the Role:

We are seeking a highly-killed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a glorious history in the technological sector. You will be expected to represent the technological agenda in staff meetings, managing a technology budget, and making investments to align the company with their vision for its technical needs. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development.





You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert and actively participate in decision making for the current and future operations of the company as and when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Outlining the company's technological vision and effectively implementing technology strategies of competitive advantage
- Ensuring that technical resources are aligned with the company's short and long-term needs.
- Transitioning of existing technology investments & business processes to the next level
- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
- Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirement
- Mentoring team members to utilize their skills and be more productive.
- Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and spearheading projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP.
- Aiding in the delivery of IT projects to the market.
- Managing technology budgets and time frames.
- Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

Requirements:

- - Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of working in a technological role.
- 5 years of managerial experience.
- Proven project management and organization skills.
- Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
- Good team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to delegate efficiently.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Extensive industry knowledge with a futuristic eye.
