Chief Marketing Strategist (Min 5+ years of experience)

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive measurable business growth. This role bridges creative thinking and strategic planning — turning ideas into impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

- Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify target audiences and define positioning for products and campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics

Creative Direction

- Lead the creative development of campaigns across digital, print, and social media
- Write/ create and oversee compelling presentations, messaging frameworks, and other brand narratives
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and videographers to bring ideas to life
- Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand identity and tone of voice

Content & Digital Marketing

- Oversee strategy and content marketing plans
- Manage social media strategy and editorial calendars
- Develop email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies
- Monitor digital performance and optimise accordingly





Client Outreach International Calling

- Make proactive outbound calls to prospective clients, partners, and trade contacts
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and campaign responses by phone and email to contribute to Company Sales Growth.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Maintain a confident, professional, and persuasive telephone manner
- Log call outcomes and follow-up actions in CRM system

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
- Brief and manage external agencies or freelancers where required
- Present strategies and campaign results to senior stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

- Proven experience in marketing strategy or brand management
- Strong creative copywriting and storytelling ability
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Experience with SEO, paid media, and content marketing
- Confident telephone manner with experience in outbound calling or business development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple Projects/campaigns simultaneously

Qualifications
