Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver interactive English lessons tailored to young learners (Grades 1–5).
- Teach basic grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, spelling, and creative writing.
- Develop phonics and early literacy skills in lower primary classes.
- Use storytelling, games, rhymes, and activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Encourage students to express themselves confidently in English, both orally and in writing.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly and maintain academic records.
- Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and visual aids to support classroom learning.
- Create a positive, supportive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents about students’ progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in school events, co-curricular activities, and teacher meetings.





Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Proven experience teaching English at the primary school level.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to design engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching young children.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and contemporary teaching methods is an advantage.
