BeastDrive is looking for energetic and target-driven BPO Sales Agents to generate leads, make outbound calls, and convert inquiries into event registrations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Explain BeastDrive events, offers, and packages to customers.
- Convert inquiries into registrations and sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects and existing leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum PUC / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Proficiency in English and any one language: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
