Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and engineering positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with consultancies and ensure timely candidate closures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience hiring for technical roles such as CNC Operator, VMC Operator, PLC Programmer, Design Engineer, Assembly Technician, Quality Engineer, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
