Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Strategist to own the planning, direction, and consistency of content across our YouTube channel, marketing campaigns, and student-facing materials. You'll work closely with our Director and content teams to turn institutional knowledge and student success stories into content that builds trust, drives enrollment, and strengthens our brand as Kerala's go-to UPSC coaching institute.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a content calendar across YouTube, social media, and marketing channels
- Identify content themes based on UPSC trends, student pain points, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and mentors to brief and review content
- Analyze content performance (views, engagement,



lead generation) and iterate strategy accordingly
- Coordinate webinar and promotional content featuring institute directors and mentors
- Ensure brand consistency across all content touchpoints

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or related field (EdTech experience a plus)
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in both Malayalam and English
- Understanding of the UPSC/competitive exam coaching landscape (preferred)
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics and social media performance metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and leadership teams
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with fast-paced, iterative content cycles

Nice to Have

- Experience with AIDA or similar marketing frameworks
- Prior experience creating content for regional/vernacular audiences

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
