Lead inventory, warehouse and online retail operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, procurement, ERP management and seamless omnichannel operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Inventory planning, demand forecasting, stock replenishment and inventory ageing analysis.

* Source materials, manage procurement, raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

* Warehouse operations including receiving, quality checks, tagging, barcoding, racking and internal stock movement.

* Manage ERP operations, support ERP implementation/upgrades, develop SOPs and improve operational processes.

* Oversee end-to-end online sales operations, including inventory synchronization, website/catalog management, product information, customer queries, order processing, dispatches,



payments and returns.

* Plan offers, discounts and clearance strategies for slow-moving and ageing inventory.

* Lead the inventory and operations team while ensuring high inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
