We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-driven candidates to join our NGO outreach process as a Client Relationship Associate (CRA).

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential supporters and donors
- Explain NGO campaigns and social initiatives
- Generate support for meaningful causes
- Handle conversations professionally and confidently
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

- 12th Pass / Graduate




- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident and positive personality
- Freshers are welcome
- Telecalling or customer handling experience is a plus
