East Point Group of Institutions is seeking responsible and dedicated Wardens to oversee hostel administration, student welfare, discipline, and day-to-day operations of the residential facility.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a mature approach, and the ability to maintain a safe and disciplined hostel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of students
- Coordinate with students, parents, and management when required
- Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and hostel facilities
- Handle student concerns and provide support when necessary
- Maintain hostel records, attendance, and related documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Mandatory proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada




- Minimum 2+ years of experience in hostel administration or student management preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle disciplinary situations calmly and responsibly
- Basic administrative and coordination skills
- Experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage
