We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our CRM team. In this role, you will design and develop custom components, improve system performance, and integrate third-party platforms. You will work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Skills

Key Skills

- 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Certifications in Salesforce Platform Developer II, along with a minimum of four additional Salesforce certifications.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Solid knowledge of Aura Components and Flow Builder, with exposure to flow-first architecture.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security architecture.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL,



custom metadata, custom settings, and agile Apex.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, and Git.
- Proficiency in declarative tools such as Validation Rules and Approval Processes.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Build and maintain reusable components using Apex and LWC.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure code quality using tools such as PMD and follow development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.
- Maintain data security, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.
- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment processes, and version control practices.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement relevant enhancements.
