Roles & Responsibility

Pre-Sales Task:

- Excellent communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
- Online bidding and email marketing knowledge is a plus.
- Discover business opportunities through different channels for IT services.
- Preparation of business proposals, RFQ, RFI.
- Understanding and defining project work scope.
- Formulating, delegating, and implementing marketing strategies.

Post Sales Task:

- Understand and Implement Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Requirement gathering closely work with the development & business team to ensure that client needs are met.
- Co-ordination with technical team.
- Valuable command over testing concepts.
- Should be able to deliver projects on timeline.
- Create mock-ups and prototypes.
- Synthesize feedback from multiple sources and iterating rapidly.

Technical Skills

- Understanding of Agile Development Methodologies and SCRUM




- Conceptual modeling skills.
- Communicating IT project details and concepts.
- Decomposing abstract into details.
- Understand change management implications and manage them
- Exposure to OOP, SQL, Backend-Development, SDLC.
- Use Cases, prototype development, product development.
