Job Description

- Lead and perform structural analysis and design of steel and RCC structures, including hangars, industrial sheds, and their connections.

- Review design calculations, general arrangement (GA) drawings, connection designs, and fabrication drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.

- Coordinate with architects, clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers; review and check their design work.

- Ensure adherence to relevant codes and standards such as IS, IRC, BIS, AISC, Eurocodes, and other international practices.

- Support project execution by addressing design clarifications, site queries, and technical issues during construction.





- Robust expertise in steel structure design, including trusses, portal frames, connections, and detailing, as well as RCC building design.

- Proficiency in design software such as STAAD. Pro, MIDAS, ETABS, IDEA StatiCa, Revit, and related applications.

- Sound understanding of wind load, seismic design, and other structural behaviour aspects as per latest codes.

- Ability to independently handle end-to-end design assignments, from conceptual design through to final detailed design and documentation.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the design of steel and RCC structures for industrial, infrastructure, or building projects.
