Responsible for daily planning, coordinating, and executing daily production activities in the foundry, ensuring that customer delivery schedules, productivity targets are consistently achieved. The role covers end-to-end production operations, from raw material planning to riser cutting.

Manage and coordinate all production activities, including Raw material planning, Moulding, Core making, Melting, Pouring, Knockout, Decoring and Riser cutting

Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with customer delivery schedules.

Achieve monthly production and pouring targets.

Ensure maximum utilization of melting furnaces and manpower.

Monitor daily production output and ensure production targets are achieved.

Coordinate with the Marketing, Planning, Pattern Shop, Core Shop, Maintenance to ensure smooth production flow.





Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to avoid delivery delays.

Daily production and failure reports communicate to management.

Monitor inventory levels of scrap, ferro alloys, consumables, refractory materials, and other production inputs.

Raise weekly purchase indents for required raw materials and consumables.

Supervise mould preparation, core making, mould closing, and pouring.

Monitor melting furnace condition, operations, Charge calculation, Spectro analysis.

Ensure correct chemical composition and compliance with customer specifications.

Optimize melting efficiency and minimize energy consumption.

Monitor knockout, decoring, and riser cutting activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
