Brief Job Description:

Fuzion PR is looking for a Finance Analyst to strengthen our existing finance team: the ability to combine clean, professional communication with sharp analytical thinking. This isn't a back-office number-crunching role alone, you'll be writing emails that represent the finance function, reading and understanding contracts. Your role is to help leadership make financial decisions by turning financial data into actionable business insights.

Detailed R&R;:

· Own monthly MIS and leadership dashboards covering key financial KPIs.

· Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

· Prepare budget vs. actual reports, variance analysis and support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.

· Support cash flow planning and prepare short-term cash flow forecasts.

· Build and improve dashboards, trackers and reports using Excel, Tally and AI.

· Review vendor and client contracts to identify financial terms, obligations and commercial risks.

· Draft and manage professional financial correspondence with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.

· Identify process improvements, automation opportunities and AI-enabled reporting enhancements.

· Collaborate with the existing finance operations team on invoicing, reconciliations and statutory reporting whenever required.





· Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.

· KRAs would include audit of finance books to submit regular reports on revenue analysis profitability analysis, cash flow forecasting and trend analysis

Skills & Competencies:

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Robust written and verbal communication skills.

· Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query preferred).

· Exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools is an advantage.

· Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

· Ability to convert financial data into actionable business insights.

· High attention to detail with ownership and curiosity

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Finance Analyst with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply).

· CA aspirants (currently pursuing CA) can also apply

· Candidates with prior audit experience will have a distinct advantage

Remuneration:

· Depends on previous experience; no bar for the right candidate

Pay: ₹263,515.01 - ₹1,000,000.59 per year
