Invoice & Accounting

- Review, verify, and post sales and purchase invoices
- Ensure GST-compliant invoicing (HSN/SAC, tax rates, place of supply)
- Maintain accurate accounting records

Bank & Daily Reconciliation

- Update bank entries on a daily basis
- Perform bank reconciliation statements
- Track receipts, payments, and gateway settlements

GST Compliance

- Prepare and file GSTR-1 (monthly/quarterly)
- Prepare GSTR-3B and perform reconciliation with books
- Reconcile purchase register with GSTR-2B
- Handle ITC eligibility, reversals, and adjustments

TDS

- Deduct TDS as per applicable sections
- Deposit TDS and file monthly/quarterly returns
- Prepare and issue Form 16 / 16A

Import & Export Accounting

- Record import purchases including customs duty and IGST
- Handle export invoicing and LUT compliance
- Account for foreign currency transactions

E-Commerce Accounting

- Reconcile sales and settlements from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Account for commissions, shipping charges, returns, and penalties
- Ensure GST compliance for e-commerce transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-commerce accounting
- Experience with bank reconciliation and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (ZOHO)
- Good analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in import-export accounting
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces
- Hands-on GST reconciliation experience
