Key Responsibilities

- Technical Drafting: Translate architectural design concepts into precise 2D/3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Drawing Management: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, joinery detailing, and sanction drawings.
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and on-site construction teams to ensure drawing integration and accuracy.
- Site Verification: Conduct site visits to perform actual measurements, verify existing structural conditions, and update drawings to create accurate as-built drawings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all prepared plans and layouts comply strictly with local building regulations and municipal standards.
- Version Control: Track drawing revisions, handle updates, and maintain an organized project documentation library.
- Mentorship (For Senior Roles):



Guide and supervise junior draughtsmen to maintain quality, consistency, and structural detailing standards across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or ITI Draughtsman (Civil).
- Experience: Generally requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in an architectural design firm or the construction industry.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced command of AutoCAD is essential. Working knowledge or familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, or other BIM tools is a solid advantage.
- Core Competencies: A strong understanding of structural detailing, building codes, and construction standards, paired with a keen eye for detail and effective time management skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
