We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Fresher to join our Career Services team.
The role will involve supporting candidates with resume creation, job search activities, profile optimization, and daily operations related to career support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and improving candidate resumes
- Help candidates with job search strategies and applications
- Manage candidate profiles on job portals
- Coordinate with candidates for required information and updates
- Maintain records and ensure smooth process execution
- Support LinkedIn and career profile optimization activities
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Willingness to learn recruitment and career services processes
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
