Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel to manage data, generate insightful reports, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis, report automation, dashboard creation, and maintaining accurate business records.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Track KPIs and present actionable insights to management.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Generate performance reports for Operations, Sales, and Management teams.
- Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas and functions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and reconciliation.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain MIS documentation and reporting templates.





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- IF, IFS, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS
- TEXT, DATE, Logical & Lookup Functions
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Remove Duplicates & Data Cleaning
- Advanced Filters & Sorting
- Power Query (Preferred)
- Excel Dashboards
- Basic Macros/VBA (Preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or Business Operations.
- Experience with Power BI or Google Sheets is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
