Your work profile
- Technical Capability: Ability to review legal documents and notices independently
- Good exposure to understanding of banking and finance industry preferable
- Valuable exposure to client communication and stakeholder management.
- Must have good MS office skills and able to work with volume of data and present insights.
Key skills required:
- LLB/LLM
- Graduates with good experience in legal contracts management and legal documents.
- Sectors worked upon- Investment Banks, NBFCs, Fintech Companies for majority of his/her work experience
- Well versed with settlements of derivatives instruments.
- Preparing MIS or any other management reports.
