- Manage the overall finance and accounting function of the company.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and timely financial closures.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and governance.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.
Business Finance & P&L; Management
- Develop and manage business-wise and department-wise Profit & Loss statements.
- Monitor revenue, margins, operating costs, and overall profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide financial insights to enable informed decision-making.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow
- Prepare rolling forecasts and monitor budget versus actual performance.
- Manage organizational cash flow and working capital.
- Improve receivables management and optimize payment cycles.
Cost Management
- Monitor operating expenses across departments.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns.
MIS & Financial Reporting
- Develop and publish monthly MIS reports and dashboards covering:
- Revenue and profitability
- Budget vs. Actual performance
- Receivables and collections
- Departmental expenses
- Business and project profitability
- Key financial and operational KPIs
- Present meaningful financial insights and recommendations to leadership.
