Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards
- Assist in banquet, restaurant, or room service operations as required

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality service preferred




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
