Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans to attract prospective students, enhance the college’s brand visibility, and support overall enrollment goals. This role involves leading a team, managing the marketing budget, and directing integrated campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast media.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with the college’s enrollment and institutional goals.
- Student Recruitment Campaigns: Lead lead-generation campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive applications for undergraduate, postgraduate, and specialized programs.
- Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee the college website, manage SEO/SEM, and supervise the creation of engaging content (brochures, newsletters, videos, and alumni success stories).
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all college materials, communications, and public relations efforts.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing support for open days,



campus tours, orientation weeks, and external educational fairs.
- Data & Analytics: Track ROI on marketing campaigns using analytics tools, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies based on conversion rates.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing and creative teams, along with external agencies and vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the education sector or a service-driven industry.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Strong project and budget management abilities.
