The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, leadership ability, and the capability to manage students efficiently while achieving daily coordination targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with students regarding classes, schedules, and academic activities.
- Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents.
- Manage daily coordination tasks and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Support admission and onboarding activities when required.
- Maintain student records and update databases regularly.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, events, and training sessions.
- Ensure proper attendance and student engagement activities.
- Build positive relationships with students and provide necessary support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
