Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive who has strong hands-on experience in GST & TDS return filing, book finalization, balance sheet preparation, and income tax compliance. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to end accounting and statutory compliance work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns.
- Finalization of books of accounts.
- Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.
- Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
- Reconciliation of GST, TDS, and books of accounts.
- Handling statutory compliance and responding to notices, if any.
- Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordination with clients for data collection and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS provisions




- Practical experience in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C filing Knowledge of Income Tax Return filing
- Bookkeeping and finalization skills
- Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)
- Valuable understanding of balance sheets and financial statements
- Attention to detail and analytical skills

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field CA Inter / M.Com (Preferred)

Preferred Experience:

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Experience in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Experience handling multiple clients and compliance deadlines.
- Knowledge of statutory audits and tax audits (preferred).
- Experience working in CA firm, consultancy, or compliance-based organization (preferred for Professional Utilities).
