Job Summary

We are looking for a agile Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand distribution networks, and develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts for our Spices and Organic Wellness product range. The candidate should have experience in FMCG sales, distributor management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Expand market reach and increase product availability.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard recent customers.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Conduct market visits and analyze competitor activities.
- Execute trade promotions, schemes, and product launches.




- Ensure timely collections and control outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, Spices, Food Products, Organic Products, or Wellness Products sales.
- Strong knowledge of distributor and retail network management.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
