Position Team Leader – EHS (Setting, Health & Safety)

Key Responsibilities Safety Management Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and work instructions. Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions. Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable safety regulations. Lead safety awareness campaigns and employee training programs. Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to Occupational Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Environmental regulations. Maintain EHS records, permits, registers, licenses, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and customer representatives during inspections and audits. Support internal and external EHS audits and ensure closure of audit findings.





Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Additional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, Fire & Safety, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience 3 to 7 years of relevant EHS experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, or Industrial environments. Hands-on experience in safety audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and statutory compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in warehouse and logistics operations. Strong understanding of safety management systems and audit processes. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
